These terms and conditions are provided by Justin's Toys and listed below are the terms and conditions under which you may use our website.
These terms and conditions may be revised at any time and changes to these terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon revision. We reserve the right to amend or correct any website content, with or without prior notice.
Description of Products
Each product on this website is listed subject to its Product Description. We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was posted on the website.
We charge the required state sales tax to all shipments delivered in New York (8.625%)
Weight Based Shipping
Shipments which weigh under 13 oz. are shipped via USPS first class mail and you can expect to receive the items from 2-5 business days to most areas. Alaska and Hawaii shipments may take up to 7 business days. We strive to keep shipping costs down and this option provides buyers with the ability to save on shipping fees as long as they are willing to wait a little more for their deliveries.
Priority shipping is provided by the United States Post Office and all estimates provided do not include handling time. All of our packages are prepared and shipped out at 10A.M. every weekday. Please understand that the post office does not operate on weekends. Priority Mail estimates are not guaranteed to arrive on their estimated delivery date. One Business Day Processing on Most In-Stock Orders
We know you want your order fast. That's why we strive to ship most orders stocked in our warehouse within one business day. All of our items will ship within 1 business day unless noted otherwise. We ship using the United States Post Office and you are paying for the exact shipping costs based on the weight and size of your order.
We accept all credit cards and payments through paypal. To use any credit card, please select paypal as the option for payment and upon completion of check out, you will reach a paypal screen. On the bottom right of this screen, you will see "Do not have Paypal?" and there you may follow the prompts to enter your credit card information.

Returns & Warranties
1. Our returns policy states that we are happy to exchange or refund merchandise within 2 weeks of purchase, provided the goods are unused, unopened and in original packaging.
2. Refunds will be credited back in the original form of payment listed on the original receipt.
3. All merchandise being returned with a gift receipt or because of a defect may only be exchanged for store credit.
4. Most items are covered up to one year by a manufacturer’s warranty.
5. Returns on damages or defects are subject to an inspection and original manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable. We personally do not give any warranty to any product if it is determined that the merchandise was broken from misuse.
6. For product integrity and hygiene purposes, we are unable accept a return on all pillows, stuffed animals and plush.
7. Your receipt is your proof of purchase and your warranty.
No receipt, no returns, no exceptions.
8. If a return is made due to an error on our end, we will issue an RMA and provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the merchandise to our warehouse.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through paypal. Paypal is a free service which protects both the buyer and seller and unfortunately, we do not accept any other methods of payment.
